Internal regulations
Reservation Amount: The total rental amount is due at the time of reservation.
Remember to select the cleaning option corresponding to the accommodation reserved if you wish and to clearly indicate the number of adults and children.
Sheets and towels are provided in all rentals.
Arrival and Departure: Reservations begin at 4 p.m. on the day of arrival at the earliest and end at noon on the day of departure at the latest. These times must be respected so that cleaning and preparation of the accommodation can be carried out between 2 rentals.
Key collection: Check-in is independent. Keys will be stored in a secure lockbox. A code, valid only during your stay, will be sent to you after your booking. It is prohibited to share this code with anyone else. This code will only be valid from 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival and until noon at the latest on the day of your departure. The same code must be used upon departure to return the keys.
Internal regulations:
Parties and evenings are prohibited in all rentals out of respect for other tenants and the neighborhood. For everyone's well-being, please be careful not to make noise that disturbs other residents and the neighborhood.
It is forbidden to exceed the maximum number of occupants indicated on the description of the accommodation (studios and T1 = 2 people maximum / T1bis n°6 Heracles = 3 people maximum / Triplex = 6 people maximum, children included).
Pets are only allowed in the triplex.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.
It is prohibited to store garbage in the common areas of the building. Garbage must be placed in the containers provided for this purpose.
The windows, the front door of the accommodation and the door of the building must be closed in your absence and upon your departure to prevent intrusions but also in the event of a risk of rain.
Key duplication is prohibited. If you require an additional set of keys, please let us know and we will consider access options at your request. You may use the key box during your stay to store your keys if you wish.
Baby and child friendly: For safety reasons (maximum occupancy, equipment), children and babies are not allowed in the La Fontaine studios unless previously agreed. A baby can be accommodated in the one-room apartment in Capvern-Les-Bains, in the one-room apartment no. 5 in Heracles, and in the triplex (travel cot provided). Please note: there are steps and no safety gates on the triplex staircase.
Internet: Illegal downloading is strictly prohibited. Wi-Fi connection information is provided in each accommodation.
Accommodation Maintenance: Unless you have purchased the paid option, cleaning must be completed before your departure. Cleaning supplies, cleaning products, and hand sanitizer are available in each accommodation.
Departure: Upon your departure, you are asked to:
- make the accommodation clean (floors included), throw away the rubbish from the kitchen, toilets and bathroom
- wash, dry and put away dishes
- empty cupboards and refrigerator (do not leave any food) turn off the heating/air conditioning/fans
- check that the lights are off
- close all windows and skylights (please do not leave them open to ventilate)
- return the keys to the key box before noon and ensure that the box is securely closed.
